• With users you share lists with: Your name and email address are visible within the scope of the shared list.

Your data is protected with industry-standard encryption methods. All data transmissions are carried out over HTTPS. However, please note that no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:

• Your personal information and list data are permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Your email address is stored as a record of account deletion. For complete deletion, you can send an email to marketlistesionline@gmail.com.

6. Cookies

Our application does not use cookies. Secure token-based authentication is used for session management.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and GDPR, you have the following rights:

8. Children's Privacy

Our application is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 13.

11. In-App Purchase

Shopping List Online offers an optional in-app purchase to remove ads ("Remove Ads").

Information Collected

During the purchase process:

• Your payment information is not collected or stored by us. All payment transactions are processed through Google Play.
• Your purchase status (premium/pro) is stored on your device and in your account.
• Google Play provides a purchase token for transaction records. This token is used to verify your purchase.

Use of Purchase Data

Your purchase information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Enabling the ad-free experience
• Verifying and restoring your purchase
• Preventing fraud

Cancellation and Refund

In-app purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google's refund policies. You need to follow Google Play's refund process for refund requests.
